Sopra Steria Recruitment Process

Sopra Steria Group is a European IT consultancy service provider . sopra steria was  started in Sept 2014 with merging of Sopra Group SA and Groupe Steria SCA . 

The primary business areas of sopra steria company are as follows:-

  • Consulting services
  • Systems integration along with solutions
  • Integration of ERP solutions
  • Implementation of application solutions
  • Providing technical support to users and application maintenance  
  • Outsourcing services and operation of professional processes. 

Role Offered: 

  • Software Engineer Trainee
  • Salary of  4.5 LPA with two yrs of service agreement

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • B.E/B.Tech in CSE, IT , BCA.
  •  60% or above in X, XII & UG.
  • No backlogs

Sopra steria recruitments starts with four rounds:

Round 1: Online aptitude  which is of two hours .The test is divided into two parts. both parts have its particular cutt-off .Technical Apti of one hour and another one hour for   Flowchart Apti Test. mcq test  is based on  DBMS, SQL, Trees,Arrays ,Linked List,Graph ,C,C++. when you are qualified from technical  apti test then  you are eligible for flowchart  Aptitude test which consists of 11 questions  based on logical reasoning. here flow chart is given and we need to find  the final answer when it ENDS. here some questions have MCQs and some have fill up the box. If  you are  passed in  flowchart apti  then result will be displayed on the screen as CONGRATULATIONS !!!.

Round 2: Group Discussion-It is an elimination students are grouped . each group consist of 10-15 students  then simple topics are alloted or may  sometimes  you can have the abstract topics also. In a Gd you are judged on the basis of your posture , your speaking skills , how you deliver the content and how attentive you are .

Round 3: HR - Sometimes conducted in campus or may be  conducted at its office campus. here you are  asked about yourself , your relocation , are you ok with  working at night shift.

Round 4: Technical Interview- Here  generally  you are asked about the basics from DBMS and SQL, C/C++/JAVA,PHP,HTML-CSS. here some  Coding questions like sorting, Linked list may be asked or may ask about you projects that you have made in college  then the results are announced and  LOI is issued to the candidates who are hired  and submission of documents are done.
